Shipping
All orders within the EU are shipped with DHL. All international orders are shipped with FedEx. Please find out shipping costs at checkout, as these may vary per country.
We have a shipping cost table that lists the shipping fees for each country we ship to, based on the weight of the items in your order. The shipping cost is calculated automatically during the checkout process, so you can see the exact amount you will be charged for shipping before you complete your order.
We also offer free shipping for orders that meet a certain minimum amount. The minimum order amount for free shipping varies depending on your location and is specified in the shipping cost table. Once your order total meets the minimum amount, you will see the option for free shipping during checkout.

If your country is not included in the list, we regret to inform you that we are unable to ship to your country at this time.
Pre-ordering
If you order a pre-order item alongside an in stock item, we will ship all items together when your order is complete.
PO Boxes
Please note that we can not ship to PO Boxes. We kindly ask you to use a different address for delivery.
Shipping Time
Orders are processed right after your purchase, to be able to get your order delivered as quick as possible.
Delivery usually takes 2-4 working days. Please note that due to global circumstances, there may be some delay in deliveries.
Shipping time for backordered or presale items may take longer, but they will be notated in the product details of which can be found in the product description.
When your order ships, we will e-mail you a shipping confirmation with tracking information. Please check your spam folder if you did not receive the shipping email.
Please note that recipient is responsible for all applicable customs duties, tariffs, taxes, or Value Added Tax (VAT), which are collected by the carrier upon delivery.
Cancellations or changes
In order to ship your order as soon as possible, all orders are processed as soon as possible. Because of this we cannot make any changes to a delivery address or cancel an order.
