Returns

Ordered the wrong product? Don't like the colour? 

No problem, just send an e-mail to: support@decoded.nl within 14 days after date of delivery.

Please provide us with your full name and order number. We will provide you with a return number to mention for our returns department. We ask you to return your product(s) to:

Once the return order is received we will refund your order within 7 days.
*Any shipping cost or fees for the return are not refundable.

Please note:

• Returns must be new in their original package.
• We do not provide return labels for customer returns or exchanges* 
• Returns will be accepted if not reported within 14 days from the date of delivery. (For consideration of holiday gifts, items purchased between November 15th and December 24th will be accepted for return until January 14, given all other guidelines are met.)
• You are responsible for the arrival of the return shipment at our address. We therefore recommend using a service with track and trace option to track your return shipment. If returned products are not received, no refund will be given or no replacement will be arranged.
• If you received a damaged item, you must mail support@decoded.nl within 3 business days of receipt to report the problem.
