Return Process

Ordered the wrong product? Don't like the color? No problem! You can return your item(s) by following the steps below.

Please note:
Multiple items can be included on one return form. Ensure that the form is filled out clearly and completely, listing all items you are returning, and include it in the return package.

How to return your product(s)?

  1. Download the Return Form
    Click here to download the return form (PDF).

  2. Fill Out the Form
    Complete the form with all required information for each item you are returning. 

  3. Prepare Your Package
    Place the completed form(s) along with the item(s) you wish to return in the original packaging.

  4. Ship Your Return
    Send the package to the following address:

Once the return order is received, we will refund your order within 5 days.
Note: Any shipping cost or fees for the return are not refundable.

Please Note

  • Returns must be new in their original package.
  • We do not provide return labels for customer returns or exchanges.
  • Returns will be accepted only if reported within 14 days from the date of delivery. (For consideration of holiday gifts, items purchased between November 15th and December 24th will be accepted for return until January 14, given all other guidelines are met.)
  • You are responsible for the arrival of the return shipment at our address. We therefore recommend using a service with a track and trace option to track your return shipment. If returned products are not received, no refund will be given or no replacement will be arranged.
  • Any special offers may not be applicable after you return (part of) your order. In this case, your refund is adjusted to the original price.
  • If you received a damaged item, you must mail support@decoded.nl within 3 business days of receipt to report the problem.
