Order & delivery

Orders are usually processed and shipped within 1-2 business days (M-F) of purchase. Shipping time for backordered or presale items may take longer, but they will be notated in the product details of which can be found in the product description. When your order ships, we will email you a shipping confirmation with tracking information. Please check your spam folder if you did not receive the shipping email.  

  • Recipient is responsible for all applicable customs duties, tariffs, taxes, or Value Added Tax (VAT), which are collected by the carrier upon delivery.

All DECODED online orders are shipped via DHL or Fed Ex.

If you have any questions or would like to change shipping address before receiving your confirmation mail and tracking information, please email support@decoded.nl or call 0180 487 181 with your name and order number. (changes can not be guaranteed) 

If you have not received your order confirmation please check your spam/junk mail folders.
