Shipping & Delivery
All orders to the Netherlands and Belgium are shipped with either PostNL or DHL. All international orders are shipped with either FedEx or UPS. Please find out shipping costs at checkout, as these may vary per country.
There is free NL shipping and free worldwide shipping for all order from €75,- and up.
If you order a pre-order item alongside an in stock item, we will ship all items together when your order is complete.
Please note that we can not ship to PO Boxes. We kindly ask you to use a different address for delivery.
Orders are processed right after your purchase, to be able to get your order delivered as quick as possible.
Delivery usually takes 2-4 working days. Please note that due to global circumstances, there may be some delay in deliveries.
Shipping time for backordered or presale items may take longer, but they will be notated in the product details of which can be found in the product description.
When your order ships, we will e-mail you a shipping confirmation with tracking information. Please check your spam folder if you did not receive the shipping email.
Please note that recipient is responsible for all applicable customs duties, tariffs, taxes, or Value Added Tax (VAT), which are collected by the carrier upon delivery.
Cancellations or changes
In order to ship your order as soon as possible, all orders are processed as soon as possible. Because of this we cannot make any changes to a delivery address or cancel an order.
