* We are closely monitoring the developments of COVID-19 and its impact on our shipments and delivery times. All orders are being processed but may incur delays due to measures imposed by governments. We will do our utmost to deliver your order as quickly and clearly as possible.
- If you order a pre-order item we will ship the complete order on the specified delivery date. If you order a pre-order item alongside an in stock item, we will ship all items together.
Orders are usually processed and shipped within 1-3 business days (M-F) of purchase. Shipping time for backordered or presale items may take longer, but they will be notated in the product details of which can be found in the product description.
Please note that we can not ship to PO Boxes. We kindly ask you to use a different address for delivery.
When your order ships, we will email you a shipping confirmation with tracking information. Please check your spam folder if you did not receive the shipping email.
Recipient is responsible for all applicable customs duties, tariffs, taxes, or Value Added Tax (VAT), which are collected by the carrier upon delivery.
If you have not received your order confirmation please check your spam/junk mail folders.
Cancellations or changes in shipping address
In order to ship your order as soon as possible, all orders are processed as soon as possible. Because of this we can not make any changes to a delivery address or cancel an order.
Any unwanted orders can be returned after receiving the package. Please notice that any costs for returning an order are for the customer. If you wish to return your item, please send an e-mail to email@example.com including your order number to receive instructions.
